Sell House As-Is
If you’re looking to sell my house fast for cash, you might be considering selling it as-is. Maybe you don’t have the time or money to fix up your home before putting it on the market. This is one of the major advantages of working with OutFactors. We’re a home cash buyer, which means we buy houses in almost any condition. When you’re trying to sell your house fast, we can help you get cash for it quickly – without having to make repairs or renovations first.
Avoid High Commissions
If you’re selling your house, you may have thought about using a real estate agent. There’s a lot that goes into finding a buyer, and experienced agents may be able to help you navigate the process. However, they generally take around 6% off the top of the sale price which can translate into thousands of dollars out of your pocket. We at OutFactors buy homes for cash, so we cut out the middleman, which means you’ll get every penny you’re due.

History of Saint Paul, Texas
Catholic Enclave to Rural Suburb
Saint Paul is a northeastern suburb of Dallas, Texas located about 11 miles south of McKinney in southern Collin County on Farm Road 2514 with a portion along the shores of Lavon Lake. The city of Wylie borders it on the west, south, and east, and to the north is the city of Lucas.
The Catholic cemetery, provided by the James Gallagher family in the late 1800s, was the inspiration for the town’s name. The first Catholic Church was constructed on land transferred to the Bishop of Galveston by James Neilon in 1869. The first pastor of Saint Paul Catholic Church was Father Joseph Martiniere. In 1871, a storm destroyed the church, which was reconstructed with lumber from Jefferson, Texas. Andrew and Lucinda Bums gave land for a Catholic school in 1869.
Saint Paul was granted a post office in 1876, and at that time, there were 30 residents, along with a general store, a gristmill, and a cotton gin was opened in 1890. Unfortunately, the post office was closed in 1894. The area had established a school by 1880. By the 1930s, the town had a school, a church, and few houses. The city was officially founded in 1971 at which time Saint Paul had a population of about 150 people.
A Planning and Zoning Commission was formed in May 1973 to help establish an integrated development plan. Rules and regulations were formed to control the town’s lot sizes, building codes, land use, and public health and safety. Saint Paul citizens expressed an interest in founding a volunteer fire force by the 1980s and the City of Renner helped create the fire department by providing supplies. Darryl Gumm became the first Fire Chief on March 8, 1982.
Saint Paul saw a surge in small businesses and population which created a need for additional revenue to meet the demands on the Saint Paul infrastructure. Saint Paul was approved as a taxing authority by the Collin County Central Appraisal District in July 1984 with the McKinney Courier-Gazette and The Wylie News chosen as the official publications of Saint Paul to meet public notice needs.
The small community entered a period of growth starting in the 1980s, and by 1990, the community was home to 415 people. This steady growth continued, and by 2000, the population was approximately 630 people and increased to over 1000 residents by 2010.
Today, St. Paul is a small rural suburb of Dallas that covers 1.44 square miles with about 1,100 people who call the city home.
