Sign the Contract

At OutFactors, we are the home cash buyers you can trust. To ensure we keep that trust, we only use Texas-approved contract forms that don’t include complicated fine print or tricky terms – the same consumer-friendly forms used by real estate agents.

Property Inspection

After the contract is signed, we will set up a convenient time to inspect the property. This visit provides us with the opportunity to learn more about the property we’re buying. We encourage you to take advantage of this time to get any lingering questions answered.

Just because you agree to sell house quickly does not mean that you are rushed through the process. We want you to be comfortable with everything and prepared for the closing.

Cash for House

OutFactors is a home cash buyer that understands you want to sell home fast, so we move quickly to complete the sale. Immediately after the contract is signed, we send everything to a Texas-licensed title company who will assist us in completing the transfer of title.

History of Coppell, Texas

Farming Community to Thriving Suburb

The City of Coppell is a suburb of Dallas, Texas that is crisscrossed with Interstate Highway 635, U.S. Highway 121, and Interstate Highway 35. It started as a small farming community named Grapevine Springs.

Settlers started arriving in greater numbers in the 1840s most of which were of German and French descent. One of the earliest settlers was the James Parish family from Goliad who in 1853 established the Sands Cemetery (now Bethel Cemetery) which is the resting place of early Texas pioneers, war veterans, and some Indians.

In the late 1880s, the community changed names to Gibbs, in honor of the Texas Senator, Lieutenant Governor, and large local landowner Barnett Gibbs. In 1889, the Cotton Belt Railroad, which was part of the St. Louis and Southwestern Texas Railroad, established a train station in the community.

During the era of the railroad, they were so influential that the name of the community was typically changed to the name selected by the railroad for their newly built train station. So in 1892, the community and post office were renamed Coppell, which historians believe was named after George Coppell, a prominent New York businessman closely associated with the railroad. In the mid-1890s, Coppell had a blacksmith shop, cotton gin, a school, a lumber yard, and four stores. From 1900 to 1960, the community grew slowly and consisted almost entirely of farmers and their families. The crops grown by the farmers included cotton, wheat, oats, sweet potatoes, peanuts, and melons.

In 1960, Coppell had six businesses with a population of about 650 and was officially incorporated in 1962. During the 1970s, Coppell started to expand and grow, which was largely driven by the opening of the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport in 1974. By 1984, Coppell had over 3,800 residents with over 30 businesses, and a few years later was chosen by the US Postal Service as the location for a new mail sorting facility. The growth accelerated starting in 1990, and by 2000, the population had grown to over 35,000 residents.

Today, Coppell is a mature suburb of Dallas with a land area of approximately 14 square miles with a population of about 41,000 residents.
